Returns

1. Right of withdrawal

2. Personalized products

Products made to the customer's individual specification may be subject to different return rules. This should be stated on the product page and in the terms.

3. Return request

To request a return, contact the store and provide the order number and the email address used during checkout.

4. Refund

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified according to the store terms.
